This Special Order & Custom Design Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between SHRYNE DIAMANTI & CO LLC ("Company") and the undersigned client/customer ("Client").
Under the terms of this contract, a copy of your VALID State-issued photo ID or driver's license is a mandatory requirement. Please note that other forms of ID will not be accepted.
Note: This Agreement is a legally binding document. Please seek legal counsel if you have any questions or concerns before affixing your signature.
By signing this agreement, you affirm your competence and full understanding of all the provisions outlined in this contract. Each term has been verbally explained to you in clear and unequivocal language.

A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for an alternative style, size, metal, or color that is not available in stock.Special orders may include but are not limited to engagement rings and any type of jewelry or piece that requires alterations in any manner.
CUSTOM DESIGN:
Custom design jewelry involves metals, gemstones, and labor designed for a specific client.
Custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 80% non-refundable deposit before the work begins.
Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the items so ordered.
Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.
A non-refundable custom design fee of $300 is mandatory for all rendered jewelry designs, regardless of their nature. The primary objective of creating a CAD or 3D design for custom jewelry is to ascertain the final cost, which encompasses factors such as gemstones, labor, and the projected time frame. This fee is non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The Client/Customer agrees to submit a 80% deposit upon placing a special order or custom design request.
The Client/Customer has 14 days from project completion to submit the remainder of the payment.
Failure to submit the remainder of the payment within 14 days will result in the deposit being garnished.
LETTER OF INTENT:
Letters of intent will be composed and signed by both SHRYNE DIAMANTI & CO LLC and the client/customer when a custom (Special Order) is being fulfilled.
A letter of intent (LOI) is a document outlining the general plans of an agreement between two or more parties before a legal agreement is finalized.

A letter of intent is not a contract and cannot be legally enforced; however, it signifies a serious commitment from one involved party to another.
NO AMENDMENTS OR CHANGES:
Upon the execution of this Agreement/Contract, it is understood that no modifications or alterations of any kind can be made by either party. This includes changes to the jewelry's design or pricing, and such modifications shall be strictly prohibited.
By signing this agreement, you affirm your competence and full understanding of all the provisions outlined in this contract. Each term has been verbally explained to you in clear and unequivocal language.
